Consumption:

Depending on the type of surface to be worked on, the level of unevenness, the porosity of the surfaces, and the shape of the grooves on the back of the tile, about 1.5 to 2.5 kg of pool tile adhesive is needed to cover one square meter.

Method of Use:

First, the work surface must be free of any grease, dust, loose particles or old paint. Then we slowly add three volumes of powder with one volume of water and mix using a mixer and continue the mixing process until a uniform and homogeneous paste is obtained. The execution is stretched and we put the tile on it with pressure.

Attention:

Be careful that at least 60% of the back of the tile should be covered with glue. Otherwise, the depth of the spatula grooves should be increased. After mixing the special tile adhesive with water, use the prepared product for less than 30 minutes. Otherwise, the glue will not have enough ability to keep the material on the applied surfaces.

Mixing ratio:

Take two cups from part A (liquid) and 4.5 cups from part B (powder), slowly add the powder to the liquid and mix slowly until a uniform paste is obtained.

According to the ambient temperature and working conditions, the amount of compound B (pord) can be changed to reach the desired concentration.

How to run:

• The target surface must be clean and free of any grease, oil and cement sap. The metal surface must be free of dust, rust, scaling and grease.
• Surfaces that are absorbent must be pre-moistened.
• Execution depends on the type of work, which is executed two or three times depending on the case.
• When the desired surface is prepared (the suction surfaces are moistened), the first coat is applied as a primer, and after curing (about one to five hours depending on the ambient temperature), the next coating is applied. In the last execution, the work surface can be polished with a sponge.
• The minimum ambient temperature during execution must be 10 degrees Celsius.
• In the case of places such as reservoirs, pools and canals, water must be drained and used 2 to 5 days after implementation (according to the temperature of the environment and the thickness of the coating).
